Masonite recognizes that to do your job well, you occasionally need time away from work to refresh and renew. That’s why we offer you vacation time.
Vacation time is for vacation, sick time, or for time away to take care of personal matters. Full-time employees earn time off based on years of service with Masonite.
You accumulate hours each year based on your current accrual. To encourage you to take time off, your accrual will stop if you reach the maximum hours allowed. Once you take time off and your hours drop below the maximum, you begin earning additional hours.
As a reward for 5+ years of service, we offer our hourly and salaried non-exempt workforce the ability to request up to 40 hours of vacation time to be cashed out as a lump sum payment via payroll. Please see the Vacation Policy for additional details.
